All products sold on www.lunamia.com.tr are original. They are all branded as Luna Mia and are produced in-house.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all product prices listed on www.lunamia.com.tr include VAT.

What should I do if I receive a product in the wrong size, color, or model?

I just placed an order. Can I change it?

Since our stock is constantly being updated, products are restocked as long as the season is not over.

Shipping / Delivery

When will my order arrive?

Orders are delivered to the recipient within 1-3 business days.

How can I check if my order has been shipped?

Is there anything I should check when receiving my package?

Yes. During shipping, products may get damaged due to handling by the courier. Please check the package for any damage, such as crushing, tearing, or wetness, before accepting it. If you notice any issues, do not accept the package and ask the courier to issue a report.

The courier arrived, but I wasn’t home. How can I get my order?

If you are not present at the delivery address, your order will be sent to the nearest courier branch. It will be held there for 3 days. You can pick up your package from the branch by providing your identification number. If you do not collect your order within 3 days, it will be returned to our company.

How long does it take to receive a refund after canceling an order?

If you cancel an order or return a product, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the item.

How many days do I have to return a product?

You can return the product within 14 days of receiving it.

What should I do if the product I received is defective?

 

 

If you return the defective product within the 14-day return period, we will process the necessary actions and issue a refund. If the same product is available in stock, you will be informed so that you can place a new order.
